18 Denver interior designers were selected to decorate the 2013 Denver Designer Showhouse featured in Luxe Colorado magazine. Located in the prominent Morgan’s Historic District, the grand 7,000 square feet arts and crafts style home was constructed in 1927. It boasts 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a swimming pool, and a wrap-around porch. Andrea Schumacher Interiors was chosen to design the master bedroom. 100% of the net proceeds benefited Children’s Hospital of Colorado.
